Some days we'll focus on strength, some on endurance, and some on performance. This strategy is based on years of academic research and targets different areas on a custom level, so you feel good, look good, and do good.

As a MISSFIT member, you are entitled to the unique workout of

the day (WOD) Sunday-Friday, 24/6!
